How many times was Albert Einstein married in his lifetime?

Albert Einstein was married twice in his lifetime. His first marriage was to Mileva Marić, a fellow physicist and his first wife. They got married in 1903 and had two children together before divorcing in 1919. Einstein then married his cousin Elsa Einstein in the same year. They remained married until Elsa's death in 1936.
