In Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005), there are a total of 15 individuals to defeat on the Blacklist. Each member of the Blacklist represents a different level of street racing notoriety and poses as a rival for the player to compete against and ultimately defeat. As the player progresses through the game, they must defeat each member in a race in order to climb higher on the Blacklist and ultimately challenge the number one racer, Razor Callahan, to regain their stolen car and reclaim their position as the most wanted.
