In the PAYDAY series, who betrayed the PAYDAY gang that got Hoxton arrested?

In the Payday series, Hector is not the one who betrayed the Payday gang and got Hoxton arrested. The person responsible for Hoxton's arrest is actually an unknown individual referred to as "The Rat." The Rat double-crossed the Payday gang by feeding information to the police, resulting in Hoxton's capture. Hoxton is one of the original members of the crew and has a strong personal vendetta against The Rat, which becomes a central plot point in the series.
