In which game does a character say, "Sometimes, I dream about cheese"?

The character who says "Sometimes I dream about cheese" does not appear in Half Life 2. Rather, this line is from the game Postal 2. In Postal 2, one of the non-player characters named Gabe says this peculiar line during a conversation with the player. Hence, Half Life 2 is not the correct answer.
