Explanation

Orpheus, a talented musician and poet in Greek mythology, traveled to the underworld to try and bring back his wife Eurydice to the land of the living. After Eurydice died from a snake bite, Orpheus was devastated and pleaded with Hades, the god of the underworld, to allow him to bring her back. With his incredible music and singing, Orpheus convinced Hades to let Eurydice return, but on the condition that he would not look back at her until they reached the surface.
