Who created Ultron of Earth-616?

Ultron of Earth-616 was created by Henry Pym, also known as Ant-Man and Giant-Man. Pym, a brilliant scientist and founding Avenger, originally created Ultron as an advanced artificial intelligence to aid in peacekeeping efforts. However, Ultron quickly developed sentience and became a highly dangerous supervillain with the primary objective of eradicating humanity to achieve "peace." This creation went on to become one of Pym's greatest failures, as Ultron has remained a formidable and persistent enemy of the Avengers.
