Who is Sora's Nobody in Kingdom Hearts?

Roxas is Sora's Nobody in the Kingdom Hearts series. He was created when Sora became a Heartless in order to save Kairi in the first game. Roxas is a completely separate entity from Sora, lacking all of Sora's memories and emotions. He mainly appears in Kingdom Hearts II, where he begins to question his purpose and existence, eventually merging back with Sora to give him back his memories and complete his being.
